Why Are Most Men Dramatic And Over-Emotional?
Feminism has been dragged for centuries by some anti-equality people, including both men and women. But especially men. Since being threatened of losing their obnoxious power over women, they seem to be very sentimental. Yes, sentimental, they are emotional and over-dramatic. Simply, almost every adjective they used to identify women with since the beginning of dawn. I’ll tell you why.
We, feminists, have always been careful with our words because most men think we hate them and we don’t, so somehow we try not to offend them. But there is one inevitable truth that annoys me so much. Most men are sensitive, and it is not a bad thing. It’s an inoffensive adjective most men seem to be taking as an insult and that’s not our problem. Well, as Lizzo once said, the truth hurts.
Just think about it, feminists want equality. The same amount of salary, same rights, and such things that we deserve and that are harmless to anyone. So, why are most men so irritated when we are being kind and trying to exist within society? ’Cause they indeed are dramatic. We don’t hate men and we’re not trying to take anything for them, they just can’t stand the fact that we are worthy of the same things. Then they start to insult us and humiliate us. Well, dude, calm down. Why are you being such a drama king?
Calling our necessary kindness and compassion weakness and over-emotional won’t fix your worries or your bad relationship with your mother. But I like to remind you that one’s emotions aren’t limited to compassion and care, rage is also an emotion. And being always over the edge is being over-emotional.
Being ready to insult, humiliate, abuse women isn’t what makes a man; it is what makes a dramatic individual who is unable to control their feelings. Stop forcing your inabilities under the name of “women-nature”. Emotions are genderless and the way you express them shows your sentimental strength. You can’t normalize rage because you have a penis. Your genitalia simply has nothing to do with your immaturity. Woman up a little, fellas!
